课程简介：
本课程是4494.c威尼斯中国法LLM项目的基本课程，主要目的是引导学生学习和研究中国刑法和刑事诉讼法的基本概念、基本理论以及刑事司法实践的基本技巧，为将来从事中国法的实践和理论研究打下基础。
本课程以研究和讲授中国基本的刑事司法制度为主，适当进行比较研究，重点是学习和掌握中国刑法与刑事诉讼法的法条和理论。
